Out of school holidays cottages can be let on a short term basis ,e.g Friday - Monday , Monday - Friday , or other combinations . Alternativly Friday / Saturday start dates can be varied .

Last minute reductions of 20% off all weeks booked within 2 weeks of start date,  (full weeks only untill week commencing 11th/12th July).

Small party reductions of up to 25%(for two persons and babies under 2 yrs  ).*
