This excellent facility lets you plan your route, give journey times and even sends you an email before you set off to give you warnings of any traffic jams.
Directions From The North
Take either the M5 or A303/A30 to Exeter. Stay on / take M5 south for Plymouth. At end of motorway, still dual carriageway, at Kenford Services take right fork A38 (Devon Expressway) towards Plymouth. After Ashburton take the turning to Kingsbridge A381/ Totnes A384. Follow this road along side the river Dart via Dartington into Totnes. At first set of lights take right turn to Kingsbridge A381. Proceed up the hill through the next set of lights.
After approx 1.5 miles, on right hand bend with filter lane, turn right sign posted Harberton and also brown sign to Church House Inn (If you get to Harbertonford you have missed the turn). At the end of the lane turn left at T junction follow road through the village and up the hill past the bus shelter and post box.
At signpost turn right to Belsford. Carry straight on over small crossroad, lane marked no through road, up/down hill to end through the white gate and first courtyard with farmhouse on left. Belsford Court, stone barns, is next on the left. Park in front on the gravel parking area. Come into the courtyard via farm gate and you will find reception in the Linhay directly in front of you.
Directions From The South
From Plymouth take the A38 towards Exeter. After approx 15 miles immediately past Shell garage take right slip road to South Brent, turn right back under the A38 and then next left towards Avonwick and Totnes. At Totnes and the first set of lights turn right to Kingsbridge A381. Proceed up the hill (3 lanes ) and after approx 1.5 miles, on right hand bend with filter lane, turn right, sign posted Harberton and also brown sign to Church House Inn. (if you end up at Harbertonford you have missed the turn).
At the end of the lane turn left at T junction follow road through the village and up the hill past the bus shelter and post box. At signpost turn right to Belsford.
